THREADED END BALL VALVES
Ball valves can withstand a maximum working pressure of 1000 PSI for 1 and 3 pieces ball valve, whereby 2000 PSI is for 2 piece ball valve. The connections are available in the threaded end (BSPP / NPT) and welding (Weld-In / Weld-On). They are made from stainless steel SS316, carbon steel (A105), and brass.
FLANGE END BALL VALVES
They are also known as Two-piece full bore ball valves. They are mainly made from materials of cast steel and stainless steel. Flange End Ball Valves have 3 types of connection which are ANSI 150#, PN10/16, and JIS10K. Due to their efficient prevention of leakages and the provision of tight sealing, these valves are normally used in the pipeline for shutoff purposes.
SWING CHECK VALVES
Swing Check Valves are made from stainless steel and brass material and which made following the ANSI B16.34 standards. The sizes are available from 1/4" to 2" for stainless steel and 1/2" to 4" for brass. They are special check valves for helping to prevent backflow in a line.
SINGLE PLATE CHECK VALVES
It is known as a wafer check valve and is designed for return flow prevention in pipeline installation. This valve can withstand a working pressure of 232PSI. They are made by ASME B16.34 standards and can be used on flanges of standards ANSI, DIN, or JIS.
DUAL PLATE CHECK VALVES
Dual plate check valves are retainer fewer check valves and are also known as non-return valves. This valve is similar to the single plate check valve, but the difference is weight and slam level. They are made following the API 594 standards.
SPRING CHECK VALVES
The spring check valve is a one-way valve that allows the flow of fluids in a single direction only. The material of this valve is stainless steel SS316 and has a maximum working pressure of 1000PSI.
Y-STRAINERS
It is designed in y-shaped, the main duty is to filter or strain out particulates from the steam, gas, or liquid application. Y-strainers are mainly made from stainless steel SS316 / CF8M or cast steel materials.
GATE VALVES
They are designed with a gate or wedge type disc and the purpose is to control the valve opening or closure. The materials of Gate Valve are Forged Steel A105, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel SS316, and Cast Iron. It is made following the ASME B16.34 / API602 standards.
GLOBE VALVES
This is a linear motion valve and it is used to start, stop and regulate flow in a pipeline. There are designed with a moveable disc joined to the valve stem which allows for easy regulation of fluid flow in systems. This valve has various connections which including welded end, threaded end, 150# flange end, and JIS10K flange end.
