Conveniently browse over 2,000 products, technical documents, check stock availability, order, pay at AF Hydro. With us, you will get your order dispatched to you within 48 hours. We warrant to you that no product purchased from our company is materially defective. All of the warranties shall not apply to any defect which arises from inappropriate use, failure to follow the product instructions, or any modification made without the consent of AF Hydro. We hope you are satisfied with your items but if you need to return something, we’re happy to help. We are proud of ourselves in offering a hassle-free returns experience for our customers worldwide. 


Please refer to the conditions, information of our Return & Refund Policy, and returning process below. Of course, if you have clarifications about anything in our Return & Refund Policy, just contact us or drop us a message to clear your doubt.


We offer free returns within 60 days from the date of customer received the shipment. If 60 days have gone by since the purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange service to you. We will not accept COD shipments, customers should take responsibility for the return freight charges. To be eligible for a return & refund process, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging for the resale purpose.

We are liable as follows for defects of the delivery item, to the exclusion of further claims:

  • Defects are to be notified in writing immediately. In the event of justified, immediate notice of defects we are entitled at our choice to remedy the defect or supply a replacement. Replaced parts will become our property.

  • In the event of supplying a replacement, our liability is limited to the costs of the replacement item only. These are only paid where they occur in Singapore.

  • No claims for alleged faults shall be accepted in the event of unsuitable or improper use of the goods delivered, incorrect assembly or operation by the customer or third parties, normal wear and tear, damage as a result of erroneous or negligent treatment, improper maintenance, the use of incorrect operating materials, improper storage or any other circumstances for which the customer or third parties are responsible.


To start this process, please ready your postcode and order number handy (you’ll find your order number in your order confirmation email). Please note that only products originally delivered from can claim this service.

Follow these steps to submit your return request on our AF Hydro Returns Hub:

  • Enter your order number and email address. Your order number is the one shown on your order confirmation email, i.e. "#10023".

  • Specify the items and reason that you wish to return or exchange in the blank space.

  • Upload a proven of the product you wish to request for only in jpeg/jpg/png/tif/tiff/ico/bmp/webp format. The file size limits for file upload fields are 100MB for a single file and 500MB in total for multiple files.

  • Repackage your flange and seal it. Ensure the product(s) is/are in the original look with good condition. Please write your order number in large text on the outside of your package/box. This is to ensure our returns team can identify your return immediately. 

  • Arrange to deliver back the product to the following address:

  • Please provide us with the courier service company that you have chosen and the delivery tracking number of the returns for the convenience of our returns team to follow up. 


  • AF Hydro would not take the responsibility for the freight cost of your returns. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returning item(s). Please keep in mind of the shipping fees are non-refundable.


Once your return is received and inspected by our technical support team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item at our warehouse. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund in the email too. Your refunds will be issued in full to your original form of payment, and your original shipping charges are not refunded.

  • If your request is approved by our team, then your refund will continue to other steps. The refund amount will be credited to your credit card or the original method of payment which you have paid for, and please allow up to 5 days for a credit to show on your statement.

  • If you believe the refund does not appear in your bank account after 5 business days, please email us at or contact us here.


  • Products that are not sold from our inventory are not available for exchange.

  • Products that are sold from our inventory can be exchanged for other items within 60 days after the date on which risk is transferred. If exchanged items are of lesser value than the original invoice are not refundable.

  • Products brought back for exchange must be in an unused condition and subject to our inspection.​

  • Depending on your delivery address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
