AF Hydro provides worldwide shipping! We will prepare your order and ship it with care and speed it to you via Express DHL courier standard post service. With our export-ready packaging, you can always order all our products carefree to your country, no matter how far. Everything is securely wrapped for worldwide shipping. W reserved the rights to change or update the flat rate of the freight cost.

1. DELIVERY
I. Standard Shipping Service
The postage will be added to your order at checkout following by your delivery country. The freight cost will be charged at a flat rate for relative countries. We promise to prepare and ship from Singapore within 2 working days, and you could receive your order within 3 - 18 business days. Please be expected that the shipments may be delayed by 2 - 3 business days during the holiday season.
II. Self Collection or Arrange Own Forwarder
You are also welcome to self-collect or send your own forwarder to pick up your items from our office in Singapore. Your order will be prepared within 24 hours, and our team will notify you of the collection via phone call or email. Your order number or invoice number will be needed for the collection. You will be informed of all charges in a timely and clear manner prior to submitting your binding order.

2. SHIPPING RATE

The freight cost is calculated by our online store. The shipping charges apply per order in one complete delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Please note that additional charges for partial deliveries can occur.

We ship our items by air and also by sea freight. Airfreight or sea freight are depending on the total weight of your order, and sea shipment will only apply for the overweight order. Most items are shipped by Express DHL.

The standard post is within 3 - 18 business days. The shipping rates are starting from a minimum of 0.5 KG to 100 KG.
